At your request, we are happy to supply one proof via fax or e-mail at no additional charge! We will provide a proof on a template of the item ordered so you can approve the size, positioning, font and spelling. Written approval must be returned via fax within 24 hours or your order will be delayed until such approval is received. If additional proofs are required due to preference changes or revisions, there is a $10.00 charge per proof. This charge will automatically be added to your invoice.

Quantity Price Breaks

Our price breaks are as follows: 25, 50, 100, 350, 500 & 1000. For orders in excess of 1000 pieces, please contact us at sales@nameplatedistribution.com.
