Nameplate Distribution Order Processing Information

We accept orders via fax, our web site, e-mail or telephone. We will confirm your order via return fax, email or telephone. If a proof is being produced for your order, please see our terms & conditions regarding proof approvals.

Please allow 5 to 7 working days after art approval for all new orders, as well as orders in quantities of 100 pieces or more. Exact repeat orders of less than 100 pieces require approximately 3 to 5 working days.

We will make every effort to meet your time schedule and no rush charges will be applied unless production overtime is required to meet ship dates of less than 3 working days. Rush charges are billed on a case by case basis, if required.

For Contractor & Electrical ID Plates, for quantities between 10 and 50 pieces, we generally will have these available for will call within 24 hours of your order. Quantities over 50 pieces will require approximately 2 working days. Quantities under 10 pieces, providing they are received by us by 10:00 AM, will be ready for will call between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM on that business day. Quantities under 10 pieces received after 10:00 AM will be ready the next business day after 10:30 AM. If any deviation from this production schedule is required, there will be a $25.00 expedite charge added to your order.
