Payment & Credit Terms

Orders submitted via our web site must be paid for at the time the order is placed via credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. It is understood that orders submitted via the web site will not be processed until your credit card has been validated by the issuing authority.

If you currently have a house account with us, and wish to place your order online, please use email address orders@nameplatedistribution.com to submit the details. At this time, our online store cannot process charges to house accounts.

We are also delighted to work with individuals and organizations in the trade. Please email our sales staff at sales@nameplatedistribution.com for information regarding our terms and conditions for wholesale and resale.

Sales Tax

We charge State of Arizona and City of Phoenix Sales Tax on all orders for will call, or shipped within the State of Arizona. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped out of state as we do not “maintain” a physical presence in any other state than Arizona.

If you have a valid reseller’s certificate, federal exemption or health care related exception, these documents must be on file in our office when the order is placed to avoid sales tax charges.
