Artwork Requirements
"Artwork" is generally defined as your logo, graphic, or a layout of how you would
like your item to look.
How do I submit my artwork?
You can submit your art via
e-mail or by FTP upload.
FTP upload requires a one time usage password. Client Services will provide you with instructions if required
once your order has been placed. If your artfiles are large, we reccomend that you use the FTP upload rather than e-mail.
What kind of artwork do you need?
We only accept artwork in computer based formats. We prefer EPS files, but can accept
Adobe Illustrator, JPG or TIFF files. Artwork must be PC based - we DO NOT accept Macintosh files.
PLEASE REMEMBER - the quality of your submitted artwork will directly effect the
finished product. Artwork that is not properly prepared or submitted will result in
less than stellar results.
If you do not have artwork available, and would like us to create something for you,
we do offer a limited amount of graphic design services. Please do not place your order through
our website in this instance. Please contact Client Services at 1-888-898-7313 to discuss your project.
Can you match the colors I need?
Most of our products have a variety of colors available to choose from, and
color options for each
product are offered during the customization process. For
most of our imprinted color products,
if you have a PMS match that needs to be made,
we can do that for you at no additional charge.
Will you send me a proof?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Therefore, on all INITIAL
ORDERS
of any custom item, we will automatically send you an electronic (Adobe PDF) proof
via email.
This proof will be on a template of the item ordered so you can approve the size,
positioning,
fonts and spelling. We will need you to indicate back to us
if there are any changes to be made.
Your order WILL NOT BE PROCESSED
until you confirm that the proof meets your expectations.
If multiple proofs are required to make sure that we've got it right - don't worry!
We will provide up to five (5) electronic proofs at no charge.
Starting with the sixth
proof, there will be a $5.00 per proof charge.
Please remember that requesting
multiple proofs will delay the actual production of your order.
On reorders, we generally do not send a proof unless you request
it.
What if I want a sample of the product before ordering?
On some of our products, it is possible to prepare an actual
physical proof for your review.

Client Services Department will let you know.
