Shipping & Delivery Information
Delivery Times
Most of our orders ship within one to three days of receipt.
Some of our products take a bit longer to ship. On each product description page,
an estimated delivery time for that product is stated. These delivery times are
dynamically produced, and are affected by such things as our available stock,
complexity of the manufacturing process and quantity ordered.
We will make every effort to meet your time schedule and avoid rush charges.
Rush charges will be deterimined and assessed on a case by case basis.
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping
We are proud to use the United States Post Office Priority Mail service as our standard
shipping option. Priority Mail is limited to packages of a certain weight. Depending
on the total calculated weight of your order, all available shipping options will be displayed
during checkout. Our secondary shipping method is UPS Ground service to anywhere in the
continental United States, Alaska & Hawaii. UPS shipping charges are based on your shipping address
and package weight and will be displayed during the checkout process. If you are outside of the United States, please call our office
to make shipping arrangements.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is always available for additional charges.
Will Call / Pickup
At this time, our facility does not support will call or pickup of your order.
Drop Shipments
We will gladly ship and invoice to multiple locations for the same company
for a drop ship fee of $4.00 per shipment. This is in excess of standard
shipping charges.
Damage Claims
Every effort is made by us to package orders to prevent breakage or damage.
However, all orders should be carefully inspected immediately upon arrival
to assure that damage did not occur during shipment. Should any items arrive
from our facility damaged, please contact Client Services at once. Although
all orders are shipped F.O.B., we will file a claim on your behalf provided
your notice is received within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment and that
you have retained all of the packaging materials including the original shipping
carton. We regret we are not able to file claims if this criteria is not met
or if you have reshipped the items to another destination.
